Freeze a membership
IMPORTANT: Freezing by request ends with the last generation of prepaid memberships. For direct debit memberships (any membership bought after March 1st 2023) we can only freeze a membership for life-altering injuries/medical conditions. We’ll ask for a form of proof from a doctor and can freeze for a minimum of 1 month.
Please check out our FAQ’s for the older prepaid memberships below.
-
You can freeze for as long as you like, but it must be for 2 weeks at least.
-
Unfortunately we can’t retro-freeze a membership from a past date, or add on extra days of membership afterwards. We can only freeze from future dates.
-
Unfortunately we can’t unfreeze early, you’ll have to pay single entries until your account unfreezes.
-
We try not to have too many rules, and just treat everyone fairly instead. If someone is asking for several freezes within a short period of time, or it looks like they may be trying to use freezing unfairly we may ask for more information, or turn down a freeze request.
