We deal with a huge amount of lost property including some expensive items, and very few thefts happen in the centres. Most likely your item will be in lost property.

We keep anything that looks like it might be really valuable to whoever lost it (rings, watches etc.) for 1 month from the date it’s found, but anything like water bottles, old t-shirts, spare socks, chalkbags etc for 1 week (people leave so many things behind every day it’s unbelievable but also impossible to keep on top of!)

To avoid mistakes and upsets, we can’t confirm if an item of lost property has been found over the phone. The best thing to do is either visit the centre in person, or use the contact form below and we’ll let you know if we have something that might be yours.
